Application Registration

Application Procedure

  • Fill and submit the Online Application form on or before 15/07/2024 up to 5.00PM
  • The candidates for the Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs need to fill out the online application and fee payment through the payment gateway.
  • Candidates are advised to ensure the eligibility criteria and read the instructions clearly before filling out the application
  • The candidates should fill all columns in the online application form and upload relevant self-attested certificates online. (the scanned copies should be in PDF format and with clear resolution, Maximum file size for each document should not be more than 2MB)
  • The candidate should upload a passport-size photo (Dimension of photo: 150(W) x 200 (H) pixels, Format: JPG or JPEG, Size: Less than 30kb) of the candidate with good clarity (photos taken on mobile are not allowed) and a scanned copy of the signature (Image size should be less than 20KB and it should be in a .jpeg, .jpg format).
  • Online declaration has to be made by the applicant stating that the furnished details are correct and then they can proceed for final submission.
  • Once the submit button is clicked, you will be directed to an online payment gateway to make an application fee of Rs.1050/- by using Debit/Credit/Internet banking.
  • After successfully submitting, the application and paying the application fees, your application number will be sent to your email address provided. Sometimes, this email may have been placed in your junk/spam email folder. Please check that folder in case you have not received the confirmation email.
  • The candidates can track their application status via the tracker available on the website by entering their application number
  • Late or defective application will not be considered under any circumstances (DO NOT SEND DOCUMENTS BY POST)
  • Certificates without the signature of the issuing authority or that are incomplete will be treated, as defective and such certificates will not be considered for granting any claim.
  • You may experience issues in uploading the files if the file size is above 2MB. Kindly make sure that the maximum file size for each of the document that you are uploading is 2MB.
Publication of Rank list
  • A rank list of the candidates will be prepared based on the marks the candidates received in the qualification exam. The rank list will be published on the website after the closing date.
  • In case of a tie in the total marks while preparing the Rank list, the marks in Biology will be counted for Undergraduate courses. If there is, still a tie in the marks in chemistry and physics will be counted
  • At the time of admission, applicants must produce original certificates.
